Intubatt 2 (140kg) is used in most instances and has the majority of testing, Intubatt 1 (180kg) is higher density and is normally used in steel protection and when looking to upgrade the acoustic performance. Nullifire FB750 Intubatts are fully identifiable, fire resistant ablative skinned rock mineral wool boards used for the reinstatement of service openings passing through fire compartment walls and floors. Use Intubatts around pipes, cables and services that penetrate fire barriers to provide up to 4 hours of fire protection in blockwork, and up to 120 minutes in drywall. The slabs provide extra acoustic protection to service openings and can be painted over with suitable emulsion or eggshell paints for decoration.

1 x 50 mm Intubatt up to 120 minutes integrity up to 120 minutes insulation.
2 x 50 mm Intubatt up to 240 minutes integrity up to 240 minutes insulation.

Dry lined wall with 2 lined layers on Intubatt each side.
